with a title like "Ode to a Kitchen Sink/Mango Nuts", it's hard not to be intrigued xD and I love this! your connections are all very real, and it flows so easily. the one thing I would change, however, would be the part where you say
I suggest maybe saying something like "but sometimes I wonder if it's not real" and then possibly bringing that back around with something like "It's all mumbo jumbo to me"
